Octomom

Eight-at-once parent

Octomom is a nickname for Nadya Suleman, an American woman who gave birth to octuplets in 2009 after fertility treatments—the first complete set of eight surviving babies born in the United States.

The name, blending "octo-" (eight) with "mom," was coined by tabloid media and became shorthand for the controversy surrounding her decision to undergo in vitro fertilization while already having six children.
