Ironmonger
Occupational family name
An ironmonger is a dealer in iron goods and hardware—nails, tools, hinges, pots, and similar metal wares.
The term is primarily British; Americans would say hardware store owner or simply hardware dealer.
The shop itself is an ironmongery: I popped into the ironmonger's for some screws.
