Greek script
Alpha to omega
Greek script is the alphabet used to write the Greek language, consisting of 24 letters from alpha to omega.
It developed around the 9th century BCE and became the ancestor of Latin, Cyrillic, and other alphabets.
Beyond Greek, the script appears extensively in mathematics, science, and fraternity names: The equation uses Greek script for variables like α and β.
