Dynamics

Enterprise software suite

Dynamics refers to forces and the motion they produce—or more broadly, the patterns of change, energy, and interaction within any system.

In physics, dynamics studies how objects move under forces.

Beyond science, the word describes how elements within a situation influence each other: the dynamics of a relationship, power dynamics in the workplace, group dynamics.

In music, dynamics means variation in loudness—the contrast between soft and loud passages that gives a performance emotional shape.
