Cocoa Beach
Florida surfing town
Cocoa Beach is a city on Florida's Atlantic coast, known for its proximity to Kennedy Space Center and as a hub for surfing and beach tourism.
The name evokes the relaxed, sun-drenched character of Florida's Space Coast: We spent spring break in Cocoa Beach.
It gained cultural recognition through the 1960s television series *I Dream of Jeannie*.
