Bluefish is an aggressive, fast-swimming predatory fish found in temperate and subtropical waters, prized by sport fishermen for its fighting spirit and by cooks for its rich, oily flesh.
The meat spoils quickly and has a strong flavor that some find too fishy.
We caught three bluefish off the coast this morning.
