Africa-Eurasia
Old World landmass
Africa-Eurasia is the largest continuous landmass on Earth, comprising Africa and Eurasia (Europe and Asia) joined at the Sinai Peninsula.
Geographers and biogeographers use the term when treating these connected continents as a single unit rather than separate entities: Species migration patterns across Africa-Eurasia.
Also called Afro-Eurasia.
