zodiacs

Twelve-sign celestial wheels

Zodiacs is the plural of zodiac—the band of sky through which the sun, moon, and planets appear to travel, divided into twelve sections named for constellations.

More commonly, zodiacs refers to the astrological signs themselves: People born under water zodiacs are said to be emotional.

A Zodiac is also an inflatable rubber boat with a rigid hull, used by military and rescue teams.
