whippit
Pressurized cream propellant
A whippit is a small metal canister of nitrous oxide, intended for whipped cream dispensers but commonly inhaled as a recreational drug for its brief euphoric and dissociative effects.
The gas is released into a balloon or directly into the mouth: Kids were doing whippits in the parking lot.
Also spelled whippet or whip-it.
