valuer
Determines monetary worth
A valuer is someone who assesses the worth of property, goods, or assets—the British term for what Americans call an appraiser.
Valuers determine market value for insurance, sale, or taxation purposes: The valuer estimated the house at £450,000.
More broadly, anyone who values something can be called its valuer.
