v-ups
Abdominal folding movement
V-ups are an abdominal exercise where you lie flat on your back, then simultaneously raise your legs and torso to form a V shape, reaching your hands toward your feet.
The movement targets core muscles more intensely than basic crunches: I added v-ups to my routine and felt them immediately.
