reverse crunches

Legs-up core exercise

Reverse crunches are an abdominal exercise where you lie on your back and lift your hips toward your chest, curling the pelvis upward rather than the shoulders.

The movement reverses the standard crunch, which brings the upper body toward the legs.

Reverse crunches target the lower abdominals: I added reverse crunches to my core routine.
