type error
Incompatible value kind
A type error occurs when a program attempts an operation on data of the wrong kind—adding a number to a string, calling a method on null, or passing an object where a function expects an array.
Some languages catch type errors before running (compile time); others fail only when the offending code executes (runtime).
The function crashed with a type error because it expected a list, not a dictionary.
