tropospheric
Lowest atmosphere layer
Tropospheric means relating to or occurring in the troposphere—the lowest layer of Earth's atmosphere, extending from the surface to about 10-15 kilometers up.
This is where weather happens and where we live: tropospheric ozone, tropospheric pollution.
Distinguished from stratospheric, which concerns the layer above.
