subrent
Lease from lessee
Subrent is rent paid by a subtenant to someone who is themselves renting the property.
The term also works as a verb meaning to rent out space you're already renting: She subrents her spare bedroom to help cover costs.
Less common than sublease or sublet, which cover the same territory.
