landlady
Female property manager
A landlady is a woman who owns property and rents it to tenants, or who runs a boarding house or inn.
The term parallels landlord but specifies female ownership or management: The landlady came by to collect the rent.
In British usage especially, a landlady may also be a woman who manages a pub.
