rubbish
Worthless discarded material
Rubbish is waste material or garbage—things thrown away as worthless.
British English uses rubbish where American English prefers trash or garbage.
Extended to mean nonsense or worthless talk: That's complete rubbish.
As a verb, to rubbish something is to criticize or dismiss it harshly: Critics rubbished the proposal.
As an adjective, rubbish means poor quality: I'm rubbish at tennis.
