reply guy
Persistent online responder
A reply guy is a man who persistently responds to someone's social media posts, especially a woman's, often with unsolicited opinions, flirtation, or attempts at connection.
The term is usually derisive, implying the replies are unwelcome, excessive, or socially oblivious: Every time she tweets, the same reply guys show up in her mentions.
