guys

Group of people

Guys is the plural of guy, a man or fellow.

In casual speech, guys has become a general address for groups regardless of gender: Hey guys, what's up?

Some object to this usage as excluding women, though many speakers consider it gender-neutral in the plural.

Those guys over there can mean any group of people.
