rellenos
Stuffed pepper dishes
Rellenos is the plural of relleno, from Spanish meaning "stuffed" or "filled." In American English, it almost always appears in chiles rellenos—poblano peppers stuffed with cheese or meat, battered, and fried: We ordered the chiles rellenos and a margarita.
The singular relleno sometimes appears alone to mean one such pepper.
