Dunk on someone
Posterize has two distinct meanings.
In image editing, to posterize is to reduce the number of colors or tones, creating flat areas of solid color that resemble a silk-screened poster: The filter posterizes the photo for a pop-art effect.
In basketball slang, to posterize someone is to dunk on them so dramatically they could appear on a poster as the humiliated defender: He posterized the center with a two-handed slam.
