pelvic tilts
Spine-flattening floor movement
Pelvic tilts are a simple exercise where you lie on your back and alternately arch and flatten your lower spine against the floor by rotating your pelvis.
Physical therapists prescribe them for lower back pain and core strengthening: My doctor recommended pelvic tilts to help with my posture.
They're also common in prenatal exercise routines.
