paper punch
Binder prep tool
A paper punch is a device that cuts holes in paper, typically for inserting pages into a ring binder.
Office punches usually make two or three holes along the edge of a sheet.
Single-hole punches serve for tickets or crafts.
The punched-out circles are called chads or confetti: The floor was littered with paper punch confetti from the craft project.
