out-tray
Finished documents holder
An out-tray is a shallow container on a desk for holding documents that have been dealt with and are ready to be filed, sent, or collected.
It pairs with an in-tray, which holds incoming work.
The term is more common in British than American English: She dropped the signed contracts in her out-tray.
