manzanilla
Pale Andalusian wine
Manzanilla is a very dry, pale sherry from the Sanlúcar de Barrameda region of Spain, lighter and slightly saltier than other finos due to the coastal climate where it ages.
The word is Spanish for "little apple" or "chamomile," and manzanilla also refers to chamomile tea throughout the Spanish-speaking world: una infusión de manzanilla.
