fino
Driest Spanish sherry
Fino is a type of dry sherry, pale and light-bodied, aged under a layer of yeast called flor that protects the wine from oxidation.
It's best served chilled as an aperitif: a glass of fino with some olives and almonds.
The Spanish word means "fine" or "refined."
