lynx
Spotted forest feline
A lynx is a medium-sized wild cat with distinctive tufted ears, a short tail, and often a ruff of fur around the face.
Several species inhabit northern forests and mountains across North America, Europe, and Asia.
The Canada lynx and Eurasian lynx are the most widely known.
We spotted lynx tracks in the snow.
