launch event
Product reveal party
A launch event is a gathering organized to introduce something new to the public—a product, service, company, or initiative.
These events generate publicity and excitement, often featuring demonstrations, speeches, and media coverage: Apple's launch events draw worldwide attention.
The term applies equally to corporate product reveals and smaller debuts like book launches or gallery openings.
