inflictions

Harms dealt out

Inflictions are acts of imposing something unwelcome on someone—pain, punishment, suffering, or burden.

The word carries a sense of deliberate or unavoidable imposition: the inflictions of war, the daily inflictions of a cruel boss.

Less commonly, inflictions refers to the things inflicted rather than the acts themselves.
