impiety
Godlessness of attitude
Impiety is lack of reverence toward God, gods, or sacred things—the opposite of piety.
The word appears in religious and philosophical contexts: The tribunal charged him with impiety for denying the gods.
More broadly, impiety can mean disrespect toward anything considered worthy of reverence: the impiety of mocking one's elders.
