heterochromia
Eyes of different colors
Heterochromia is the condition of having eyes of different colors, or eyes with multiple colors within a single iris.
The term comes from Greek words meaning "different color." Most often genetic and harmless, it can also result from injury or disease.
Her heterochromia—one blue eye, one brown—made her instantly recognizable.
