gunroom
Firearms display room
A gunroom is a room for storing guns and hunting equipment in a house.
In British naval usage, it's a wardroom for junior officers, originally the compartment where small arms were kept.
The term carries associations with country estates and military tradition: The hunting party gathered in the gunroom before dawn.
