eugenist
Selective breeding proponent
A eugenist is a person who advocates or practices eugenics—the now-discredited idea of improving human populations through selective breeding.
The term peaked in the early twentieth century when eugenics movements influenced immigration policy and forced sterilization programs: The eugenist argued that certain people should be prevented from reproducing.
Now largely historical and pejorative.
