equalist
Champion of parity
An equalist advocates for equality among people, typically regarding rights, opportunities, or treatment regardless of gender, race, or other characteristics.
The term sometimes appears as a self-description by those who reject more specific labels like feminist: I'm not a feminist, I'm an equalist.
Critics argue equalist often sidesteps structural inequalities by treating all groups as if they start from the same position.
