enemies list
Register of opponents
A list of people considered hostile or opposed to an individual, organization, or cause.
The term gained prominence from Richard Nixon's administration, which maintained lists of political opponents targeted for retaliation.
Now used broadly for any catalog of adversaries, real or perceived: He keeps a mental enemies list of everyone who's ever slighted him.
The phrase often carries connotations of paranoia or vindictiveness.
