drysuit

Sealed diving garb

A drysuit is a waterproof garment that seals at the neck, wrists, and ankles to keep the wearer completely dry.

Unlike wetsuits, which allow water against the skin and rely on body heat to warm it, drysuits trap air for insulation and are worn with separate thermal layers underneath.

Used primarily for diving, kayaking, and cold-water activities: You'll want a drysuit for ice diving.
