denizen
One who dwells
A denizen is an inhabitant or regular occupant of a place: denizens of the deep, bar denizens.
The word carries a slightly literary or whimsical tone, often used for creatures in their habitat or people who frequent particular establishments.
Unlike citizen, denizen emphasizes presence rather than legal status—you become a denizen simply by being there.
