Crowd surfing is being passed hand-to-hand over the heads of a densely packed audience, typically at rock concerts or similar events.
The surfer—usually launched from the stage or hoisted by nearby fans—lies horizontally while the crowd propels them along: She crowd surfed all the way to the back of the venue.
