spin kick
Whirling leg attack
A spin kick is a martial arts technique where the attacker rotates their body—usually a full 360 degrees—before delivering a kick, generating momentum and power from the spin.
Common in taekwondo, kickboxing, and action films: He knocked out his opponent with a spinning back kick.
The rotation can target with the heel, ball of the foot, or shin depending on the style.
