Moving course credits
Credit transfer is the movement of academic credits from one educational institution to another, allowing coursework completed at one school to count toward a degree at a different one: Her credits from community college transferred to the state university.
The term also applies to electronic movement of money between bank accounts: The payment was made by credit transfer.
