concourses

Wide public walkways

Concourses is the plural of concourse, a large open space where people gather or pass through.

The word most often refers to the central hall of a train station, airport terminal, or similar transit hub: Travelers hurried through the concourse to catch their flights.

More broadly, a concourse can be any crowd or gathering of people, or the act of flowing together.
