cleanout

Empty it completely

A cleanout is a removable access point in plumbing that allows clearing of blockages—a capped opening in a drainpipe where a snake or auger can be inserted.

The word also describes a thorough clearing out of accumulated stuff: We did a cleanout of the garage last weekend.

As a verb phrase, to clean out means to empty completely or, informally, to take all of someone's money: The casino cleaned him out.
