ch'i

Vital energy flow

Ch'i is the Wade-Giles romanization of the Chinese concept more commonly spelled qi or chi in contemporary English—the vital life force or energy believed to flow through all living things.

In traditional Chinese medicine and martial arts, health depends on the proper circulation of ch'i through the body.

Acupuncture aims to unblock ch'i.
