burnouts
Overwork's eventual toll
Burnouts is the plural of burnout, covering both senses.
A burnout is a state of physical and emotional exhaustion from prolonged stress, especially at work: The tech industry has high rates of burnouts among young employees.
Burnout also names a person who seems mentally depleted, often from drug use: The old burnouts still hang around the skate park.
