has-been
Glory days over
A has-been is someone whose success or prominence has faded—a person who was once important, famous, or skilled but no longer is: He's a has-been who can't accept that his glory days are over.
The term is dismissive, emphasizing decline rather than past achievement.
Often hyphenated as a noun, unhyphenated in other constructions: That actor has been irrelevant for years.
