axonometric

Non-converging technical drawing

Axonometric describes a method of technical drawing where a three-dimensional object is represented with its axes at fixed angles to the picture plane, allowing measurements along each axis to remain proportional.

Unlike perspective drawing, parallel lines stay parallel rather than converging.

Common in architectural and engineering drawings: an axonometric projection of the building's interior.
