Warhammer
Tabletop warfare franchise
Warhammer is a tabletop miniature wargame franchise created by Games Workshop, encompassing fantasy (Warhammer Fantasy) and science fiction (Warhammer 40,000 or "40K") settings.
Players assemble and paint detailed miniature figures representing armies of humans, orcs, elves, space marines, and other factions, then battle on tabletop terrain using dice-based rules.
The franchise has expanded into video games, novels, and other media.
I spent the weekend painting my Warhammer army.
