Veganuary is a campaign encouraging people to eat vegan for the month of January.
The name blends vegan with January.
Participants avoid all animal products—meat, dairy, eggs—as a New Year's resolution or trial period: I'm doing Veganuary this year.
The movement began in the UK in 2014 and has spread internationally.
