Tulum
Clifftop Mayan ruins
Tulum is a resort town on Mexico's Caribbean coast, in the state of Quintana Roo.
It's known for cliff-top Mayan ruins overlooking the sea and has become a popular destination for tourists seeking beaches, cenotes, and bohemian atmosphere: We spent a week in Tulum.
The name has also become shorthand for a certain aesthetic—rustic luxury, jungle settings, and wellness culture.
