Skrillex
Grammy-winning DJ
Skrillex is the stage name of American electronic music producer Sonny Moore, known for aggressive dubstep and EDM tracks characterized by heavy bass drops and distorted synthesizers.
The name became shorthand for a particular style of abrasive electronic music in the early 2010s: That song sounds like Skrillex.
His signature asymmetrical haircut also became iconic enough to reference independently.
